Dr. Casey Bush

Dr. Casey Bush graduated with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Arcadia University, holds two Master of Science degrees in Physical Therapy and Exercise Science, respectively, from Arkansas State University and is currently pursuing a PhD in Physical Therapy through Nova Southeastern University.

Dr. Bush is a part of the Senior Faculty for the American Academy Manipulative Therapy (AAMT) and The Dry Needling Institute (DNI) in which she developed and teaches an Ultrasound Guided Dry Needling course. Dr. Bush has practiced in both pediatric and outpatient settings, served as adjunct faculty at Arkansas State University, and is a co-founder of EchoMind AI.

Dr. Bush is an Osteopractic Physical Therapist, Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapists (FAAOMPT) and a Certified Diagnostic Musculoskeletal Ultrasound Clinician (Cert. MSKUS).


She enjoys treating headaches, post-concussion syndrome, TMJ, neck and low back pain. She utilizes a global movement approach with every patient and incorporates a variety of treatment techniques.


Dr. Bush’s future research interests include ultrasound guided dry needling for tendinopathies (including tears) and spinal multifidi, treatments for cervicogenic headache, patient reported outcomes in relation to diagnostic imaging, the impact of biopsychosocial aspects on pain, and the use of progressive load on back pain.
